2Q19 Highlights:
 
  • Consolidated Net Revenue increased 4.4%, reaching R$1,860.7 million in 2Q19. In 1H19, Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$3,483.3 million, up 6.2%;
  • Same-store sales fell 1.6% in 2Q19 and 0.2% in 1H19. Total Net Revenue from Goods fell 0.4% in 2Q19, totaling R$1,256.9 million. Total Net Revenue from Goods increased 1.0% in 1H19, totaling R$2,303.8 million;
  • Gross Margin from Goods, including higher share of mobile phone and perfumery in the mix, reached 50.3%. In 1H19, the Consolidated Gross Margin reached 48.9%;
  • Excluding the effect of IFRS16, Operating Expenses increased 4.6%, representing 40.1% of the net revenue in 2Q19. Operating Expenses grew 6.7% in 1H19;
  • Adjusted EBITDA grew 4.4% over 2Q18, totaling R$234.8 million in 2Q19. In 1H19, Consolidated EBITDA totaled R$423.6 million, up 5.3%; Excluding the effect of IFRS16, Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$173.3 million in 2Q19, down 22.9% over 2Q18. Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$300.6 million in 1H19, down 25.3% YoY;
  • Net Income totaled R$54.9 million in 2Q19, down 38.4% over the R$89.1 million reported in 2Q18. Net Income reached R$84.2 million, down 39.9% in 1H19. Excluding the effect of IFRS16, Net Income reached R$57.9 million in 2Q19, down 35.0% YoY. Down 35.8% in 1H19, totaling R$89.9 million;
     
  • Net Debt/EBITDA closed 2Q19 at 1.1x, excluding the effect of IFRS16.
