3Q18 Highlights:

 

  • Same-store sales grew 2.8% in 3Q18 and 5.0% in 9M18. Total Net Revenue from Goods increased 5.9% in 3Q18, totaling R$1,185.7 million. Total Net Revenue from Goods increased 8.7% in 9M18, totaling R$3,466.4 million;
     
  • Consolidated Net Revenue increased 11.9%, reaching R$1,726.4 million in 3Q18. In 9M18, the Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$5,005.4 million, up 13.2% compared to 9M17;
     
  • Gross Margin from Goods, including a higher share of mobile phone and perfumery in the mix, reached 51.7%, expanding 0.4 p.p. in 3Q18. In 9M18, Consolidated Gross Product Margin reached 52.1%;
  • Operating Income have become more diluted in quarter, representing 38.7% of Net Revenue in 3Q18 compared to 40.8% in 3Q17. In 9M18, these expenses represented 40.5% of Net Revenue, compared to 40.7% reported in 9M17;
  • Riachuelo Card Loss Ratio reaches 7.0% in 3Q18 versus 7.4% in 3Q17. Personal Loan Loss Ratio closed 3Q18 at 17.9%;
  • Adjusted EBITDA increased 37.9% reaching  R$223.6 million in 3Q18. In 9M18, Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$625.8 million, increasing 16.6% in relation to 9M17, excluding the non-recurring effect in 1Q17;
     
  • Net income increased 65.2%, totaling R$83.3 million in 3Q18. Excluding the non-recurring effect in 1Q17, Net Income grew 31.2%, reaching R$223.5 million in 9M18.
