  • Consolidated Gross Product Margin increased 0.8 p.p. to 53.1% in 2011;
  • EBITDA totaled R$631.7 million in 2011, up 8.1%, and R$247.9 million in 4Q11,up 1.1%;
  • EBITDA margin on net revenue from products was 28.8% in 4Q11 and 25.8% in 2011;
  • Net Income of R$146.5 million in 4Q11 and R$363.9 million in 2011, for growth of 7.7%;
  • Riachuelo’s same-store sales increased 1.3% in the quarter and 2.8% in the year (3.9%,
  • excluding the negative impact of remodeling);
  • Riachuelo’s card loss ratio ended the period at 7.8%;
  • Riachuelo inaugurates 14 more stores in the quarter, ending the period with 145 stores and 364,400 m² in sales area;
  • At the end of December, the Company had a total of 1.1 million branded cards.
