  • Consolidated Total Net Revenue increased 8.1%, reaching R$2,187.2 million in 4Q18. In 12M18, the Consolidated Net Revenue totaled R$7,192.6 million, up 11.6%compared to 12M17;
  • Same-store sales increased 0.9% in 4Q18 and 3.7% in 12M18. Total Net Revenue from Goods increased 3.4% in 4Q18, totaling R$1,627.0 million. Total Net Revenue from Goods increased 7.0% in 12M18, totaling R$5,093.4 million;
  • Gross Margin from Goods, including a higher share of mobile phone and perfumery in the mix, reaches 54.8%, with an increase of 0.1 p.p. in 4Q18. In 12M18, the Gross Margin from Goods reached 52.9%;
  • Operating Expenses have strongly diluted in the quarter, representing 34.8% of the Net Revenue in 4Q18 compared to 38.2% in 4Q17, down 3.4 p.p. In 12M18, these expenses represented 38.8% of Net Revenue, compared to 39.9% reported in 12M17;
  • Adjusted EBITDA increased 98.7% reaching over 4Q17, reaching R$1,075.5 millionin 4Q18.In 12M18, Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$1,701.3 millionup 43.1% YoY; Excluding the non-recurring effect, Adjusted EBITDA reached R$469.4 million, up 33.3% in the quarter and R$1,095.2 million in 12M18, up 23.2% YoY;
  • The Adjusted EBITDA margin on consolidated net revenue, excluding the non-recurring effect, reached 21.5% in 4Q18 and 15.2% in 12M18, up 4.1 p.p. in the quarter and 1.4 p.p. in 12M18;
  • Net income increased 209.5%, totaling R$1,012.1 million in 4Q18. In 12M18,  it stood at R$1,235.7 million116.7% higher than reported in 12M17. Excluding the non-recurring effect, net income grew 58.9% in 4Q18, amounting to R$274.5 million and R$498.0 million in 12M18, up 45.2%.
