  • Consolidated Net revenue was up 11.9% in 2Q13 and 11.7% in 1H13;
  • Sales at Riachuelo same stores grew by 6.6% in the quarter and 5.9% in 1H13;
  • Gross Consolidated Merchandise Margin expanded by 1.1 p.p. in the quarter, reaching 55.5% in 2Q13 and 54.6% in 1H13;
  • Adjusted EBITDA totaled R$199.4 million in the quarter, 16.6% up on 2Q12. In 1H13, adjusted EBITDA came to R$292.2 million, a 3.0% increase;
  • Adjusted EBITDA Margin on consolidated net revenue reached 21.0% in 2Q13, a 0.8 p.p. upturn, and 17.3% in 1H13;
  • Net Income came to R$93.1 million in 2Q13, a 9.3% increase over 2Q12, and R$123.2 million in 1H13;
  • Riachuelo’s Card Loss Ratio fell to 6.7% in 2Q13;
  • The Company reached the milestone of 22.3 million private-label cards, of which 1.9 million were branded cards.
  • Operating expenses per store declined 5.2% in 2Q13, whereas operating expenses per m² dropped by 2.0% in the quarter.
