  • Net income totaled R$92.7 million in 3Q14, 3.7% up on 3Q13, and R$288.7 million in 9M14, 35.8% up on 9M13;
  • Consolidated Net Revenue grew 12.1% to R$1,123.2 million in 3Q14 and 16.5% to R$3,139.2 million in 9M14;
  • Consolidated gross product margin came to 54.0% in 3Q14, 0.2 p.p. less than in 3Q13. In 9M14, Consolidated Gross Product Margin improved 0.6 p.p. reaching 55.0%;
  • Operating expenses per store fell by 6.8% in 3Q14 and 4.8% in 9M14. Operating expenses per sq.m. fell by 0.8% in 3Q14 and increased by 1.4% in 9M14;
  • Adjusted EBITDA amounted to R$183.2 million in 3Q14, a 0.8% decrease. In 9M14 Adjusted EBITDA grew 18.7% to R$565.9 million;
  • Adjusted EBITDA margin on net revenue from products came to 20.9% in 3Q14 and 23.2% in 9M14, 0.8 p.p. up. Riachuelo's same-store sales fell by 2.7% in 3Q14 and increased by 1.6% in 9M14;
  • The Riachuelo card loss ratio ended the quarter at 6.7%. The loss ratio from personal loan operations closed 3Q14 at 10.8%;
  • The Company reached the mark of 23.9 million private label cards, 3.1 million of which branded cards.
