  • Net Income of R$100 million in 2Q11, 71.2% higher than in 2Q10. In the six-month period from January to June, net income grew by 43.3% to R$159 million;
  • Consolidated Net Revenue grows 19.3% in the quarter and 20.1% in the first six months;
  • Riachuelo’s same-store sales increase 5.0% in the quarter (7.0% excluding the negative impact from remodelings) and 3.9% in the first six months of 2011 (6.8% excluding the negative impact from remodelings);
  • 16 stores were remodeled in 2Q11 (10.7% of the sales team);
  • Consolidated Gross Product Margin grows 3.2 p.p. to 55.9% in 2Q11. In 1H11, this margin expansion was 1.3 p.p. to 54.1%;
  • Operating expenses per m² up a slight 3.1% in 1H11 from 1H10, below the rate of inflation;
  • EBITDA of R$170.1 million in the quarter, 38.4% higher than in 2Q10. EBITDA in 1H11 was R$273.7 million, up 23.7% on 1H10;
  • EBITDA margin on revenue from products expands 5.2 p.p. in 2Q11 and 2.3 p.p. in 1H11 to 29.8% and 27.3%, respectively;
  • Riachuelo card loss ratio remains stable and ends the quarter at 5.7%.
